Air Service 

Hopkinsville – Christian County Airport

The Hopkinsville – Christian County Airport is equipped with a Fuel Jet A Truck and have Jet and Avgas available on a self serve basis.

There is a 5500’ runway that is IFR equipped with localizer and NDB.

Nashville Airport

The Nashville International Airport is our commercial airport. Located only 1 hour away via Interstate 24, this world class airport provides hundreds of daily flights that can take you anywhere in the world. Air cargo is another important component of the Nashville International Airport.

Rail Service 

CSX Transportation’s mainline from Chicago to Miami runs directly through Hopkinsville. Both the Hopkinsville Industrial Park and Commerce Park are rail served. There are over 30 cargo trains per day that pass through our community.

CSX Intermodal is also an important partner in our community’s ability to receive and transport goods. Our nearest intermodal facility is in Nashville TN and is a division of CSX.

Studies and Reports

Hopkinsville-Christian County is an ideal location for penetrating the growing Sunbelt markets...and to serve midwest and national markets.

A recent logistics study by Peach State shows that Christian County exhibits excellent service performance compared to thirteen other cities as it relates to Parcel, TL/LTL, servicing retail distribution centers, inbound traffic from Mexico and servicing Automotive Assembly plants.
