South Park

The development of South Park came about because of the location of a 1.2 million square feet distribution center for Wal-Mart. The park is located on the south side of Hopkinsville, near Interstate 24 on US Highway 41A or Fort Campbell Blvd. There are 200 acres left in this park that we’ve set aside for distribution related companies.

Mega Site

Our biggest community project has been the development of our I-24 Mega Site – 2100 acres set aside for a large automotive manufacturing plant. With the help of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) we were able to get this property “certified” by the site selection team of McCallum & Sweeney. Within the next 5 to 10 years there could be five new automobile assembly plants built in the southeast United States. We feel strongly that this will be one of those sites.
