The Economic Development Council (EDC) was incorporated in 1986. Our mission statement is to: Recruit new industry and help existing industry expand. 

It’s a simple message that means job growth and investment for our community and increased profitability for our local companies. 

Our Board of Directors and our current EDC supporters are motivated leaders who believe in this program and what it means to our community.
